Deep into the bottom of the Pacific Ocean was
an underwater world of many sea creatures.
Sammy the dolphin and Coral the mermaid
were the best of friends. They may have been different,
but they were a lot alike.
Sammy and Coral both had long tails
that they flapped through the water to help
them swim.

Coral and Sammy do everything together and
adventure through the ocean as fast as they can.
Tito the turtle watches all of the fun that
the mermaid and dolphin are having together.

Tito is very slow and cannot keep up
with Sammy and Coral's explorations.
Tito watches from the bottom of the ocean
as Sammy and Coral play.

Tito finally gained the courage to swim up to
Sammy and Coral to ask them to play.
When he did, the mermaid and dolphin
squealed in laughter and continued
on with their journey.

Tito was very sad and embarrassed,
so he did what he does to hide
from the salty outside world...
He buried himself inside of his shell.
