There was a horrible green ogre named Shrek.
Shrek enjoyed his life; he had a nice quite
swamp with a small house and a mud pool
approximately 8 meters long. Shrek liked being
alone and he wanted to keep it this way. He
had successfully kept this life style going until
one day...

Shrek awoke from his slumber one night to a
loud racket coming from outside of his shack.
He burst through the door in a rage to discover
his swamp filled with all sorts of deplorable fairy
tale characters. Shrek rushed up to three pigs
who looked to individually have a mass of
approximately 30 kg! Shrek demanded to know
why the creatures where in his swamp. Scared
the Pigs told him they had been banished from
Lord Farquad's Kingdom and they had no where
else to go.

Shrek made his way to Farquad's castle that
morning at dawn to tell the brute to remove the
creatures from his land. Shrek had walked for 3
Hours to reach Farquad's castle and was tired
upon his arrival. But Farquad did not care about
Shrek's struggles and told him that he would
only grant his land back to him if Shrek rescued
Princess Fiona from a tower so that Farquad
could marry her.

Shrek reluctantly agreed for it was the only way
to get his beloved swamp back. Upon his exit
Shrek spied a talking donkey crying on the
outsides of Farquad's castle. The donkey
quickly greeted Shrek and told him that he too
had been banished from the castle. Shrek tried
to ignore the annoying donkey, but he
persisted in asking Shrek what he was going to
do now. Shrek roared a mighty roar and then
told the donkey that he lived in a swamp which
would soon be vacant after he rescued Princess
Fiona from the tower.

asking Shrek if he could accompany him on his
tiresome Journey across 4 kilometers of rugged
terrain. The donkey eventually annoyed the
poor ogre until he agreed to let the donkey join
his quest.
They hiked through corn fields, woods,
mountains, and even some lakes. They finally
made their way to the tower where they
crossed several holes 150 cm deep and filled
with lava!

Through the tower and up to Fiona's room,
when all of a sudden the floor began shaking!
Shrek spied a giant Dragon approaching
donkey and him, so he crafted a plan to have
Donkey aid as a distraction. Donkey ran around
the tower, evading the dragon's blasts of fire
which were approximately 550 degrees
Fahrenheit. This gave Shrek enough time to
rescue Fiona and escape with Donkey before
the 3 of them were cooked alive!
