Once upon a time, there was a kingdom of frogs that lived in Lily Pad Lake.

Every frog in the kingdom didn't have spots, except one.

This frog’s name was Fred. The other frogs always made fun of
Fred and he never had any friends.

Even Fred’s sister didn't like him.

Since Fred never played with any of the other frogs, he had
lots of time to focus on his school work.

Fred always got outstanding grades and tried
his best in school.

One day, after getting picked on while he was
at the playground, he went to the king of the
frogs for advice.

He wanted to know how to get the other frogs to like him.

The king of the frogs, Frankie, told him that he
will never be good enough to be popular with
the others.

Fred went home and cried about what the
king said and his mother tried to comfort
him, but she knew in her heart that what
Frankie had said was true.

After a while Fred started to feel better
about himself and was able to face his
difference.

Fred decided that from this day on, he
would do everything he could to prove
Frankie wrong.

He learned how to bake, build, and swim.

He even learned how to sing.

But this wasn’t good enough.

None of the frogs thought that what Fred could do was
exciting and still made fun of his spots.

Fred was so upset that he thought he was
hopeless until one day,he got to class and
all of his classmates were discussing the
food crisis happening in the pond.

One of the teachers told him that the
town baker had moved to another pond
with his family and that now the town
didn’t have anyone to make their meals.
