Many years ago, there was a kind hearted Canadian pilot who lived in the town of Sudbury. His name was Thurston Blakey, but he was called Rusty because his red hair looked like rust. Rusty flew a plane deep in the Canadian wilderness.

Everyday Rusty flew around helping those who lived far away from any other houses, roads, or even people.

Rusty would sometimes give ice cream to the little children.

One day while Rusty was flying, he received a call from his friend Jimmy. Jimmy said that a woman was injured in the forest. Only Rusty could find her and bring her back to safety! Rusty flew to her very fast.

Once Rusty got to the forest, he flew all around looking for her. Finally, he saw the woman laying by a tree near a mountain. Rusty landed by the lake and started running to her.

As soon as Rusty reached her, he picked her up and carried her all the way back to his plane. He quickly flew back to Sudbury as fast as his plane could go.
