My Name

My name is Jocelyn it means honest, benevolent, brilliant and often inventive, full of high inspirations. It means that I am a leader. When there is an opportunity we like to take advantage and show off our abilities. When it comes to meeting new people we take the chances to know about their heritage. We like to talk and can easily relate to different cultures and concepts.

My name is an German baby name. In the German meaning of the name Jocelyn it is "One of the Goths". In Latin origin it means "cheerful". My mom is the person who chose my name. My mom worked as kindergarten teacher in Peru and she met a little girl that was born in the United States and her name was Jocelyn. From the moment that my mom met the little girl, she fell in love with the name. I was named after her because she was a lovable and shy person. My mom promised to herself that when she has her first daughter she would name her Jocelyn.

My name reflects me because it shows who I am today. I like meeting new people and explore their hertiage. I like to take advantage to show off when there is opportunity. I have no problem being myself. I am an honest person. I like to tell the truth. Overall, I'm happy with my name it defines who I am today

My Hair

Everyone in my family have different types of hair. My dad has curly hair and my mom has straight hair. I came out with wavy hair. In this case my hair is black just like the sky at night. My hair is biopolar just like me. It goes from being wavy, to curly, to straight. The texture of my hair are like the ocean waves, they flow easily. My hair is smooth as silk.

I remember growing up my family members would compare my hair to my cousins hair. They would always say that i have the nice hair in the family. My hair was different then my cousins because they have straight hair and i have wavy hair. Like my mood it can either different ways. It can go from being happy to sad in just few seconds. Whenever I brush my hair the texture of it feels like a falling waterfall.
