Once there was a boy named Hiccup. He had a pet dragon. It was a Night Fury. Hiccup had a gang of dragon riders. As they were hanging around Dragon's Edge studying the Dragon's Eye, there was a whoosh! and a wash! and a thud! and a viking named Erik crashed in on his Night Fury.
He said, "Hi my name is Erik. I'm looking for the Chief of Berk and his dragon riders."
"I'm, Hiccup." said Hiccup, "and this is Astrid, Fishlegs, Rough, Tough and Snotlout."
"You should get a new hairstyle," stated Snotlout.
Erik shrugged, looking surprised.
"Aw don't believe him," said Hiccup.
On the side, Rough argued with Tough, "No the chicken is mine."
"Ok, enough, no more arguing right now," said Hiccup.

Fishlegs laughed, "Hahaha! Hey Erik, wanna play Beat the Dome? We fly our dragons in a race around Dragon's Edge, through the forest, behind the waterfall and through the cave, coming up and out before the dome around the opening of the cave closes."
"Yeah, that sounds fun!" said Erik. "Come on Lightning Bolt, are you ready?"
"Hhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" answered Lightning Bolt and away they went!
"We made it!"
"Erik on Lightning Bolt tied with Hiccup on Toothless. The Night Furys, fastest dragon's on the Edge!"
"But what were you looking for us for?" asked Hiccup.
"I come from Arnold Island and there a Queen Night Fury is destroying our village."

"Let's got to Berk!" said Hiccup, "I have an idea."
Berk was a big and rocky island with a lot of houses. Vikings were everywhere. When they landed they met Stoic and Copper.
They were just in time for the Dragon Race.
"1-2-3 go!" and they were off, zooming around the island picking up white sheep that were being catapulted into the air as the dragons flew by, catching them and racing back to drop them into their baskets.
"Bo-ong" went a loud horn. Hiccup has 7 sheep, Astrid has 3 and Fishlegs none. Snotlout 1 and the twins 2. Erik has none. As the horn sounded a black sheep was thrown into the sky.
"Hhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Lightning Bolt snatched the Black sheep out of the air.
"Yes! Come on! Lightning Bolt, you got it!" And that's 10 for Erik.

Hiccup and the gang wanted to go back to Dragon's Edge for the night. It was late.
In the morning Erik woke before sunrise and rode Lightning Bolt and was gone.
The twins didn't care but Fishlegs said that he liked Erik.
Erik was deep in the forest and suddenly there was a loud roar and a crash. "Wowwee! That thing is huge!" exclaimed Erik to Lightning Bolt. "Let's get the others."
"Hhhhhhhhhhhhhh" shrieked Lightning Bolt.
"Come on!" said Erik.
Back with Hiccup and his gang, Erik told them of what he had seen and they followed him back into the forest to see.

"There he is," said Fishlegs, as always, curious about new species of dragons. "Guys! You have to see this."
f-f-f-f-f-f-f
"Wow, did you see that? Its the Queen Nightfury, strongest of them all." breathed Fishlegs.
"That's the one that's been attacking my home." said Erik
"She's destroying this forest on Dragon's Edge!" said Hiccup. "If she keeps going she'll have our hideout!"
"I need to get home."
"No!" but in one second Erik was gone on Lightning Bolt.
"We need Erik and his Nightfury." said Hiccup.

Lightning Bolt and Erik were flying high over the forest, heading home when,
whoosh! wash! and Hhhhhhhhhhhhh! Lightning Bolt headed straight up, and up. chased by a girl Nightfury. Erik soon realized that she wasn't chasing to catch them but following Lightning Bolt, happy to have found a fellow dragon.
"She'll follow you anywhere," said Erik, "Let's bring her home. Elinor could use a ride."
At home Erik showed his sister Elinor the Nightfury and she called her Windy. His brother Evan came out with his Gronckle, Storm, and his sister Emily came with her Deadly Nadder, Knifey. Together they worked hard to train their dragons using some of the tips Hiccup had shown Erik.
4 days later they raced to Dragons' Edge.
