There once was an orange pumpkin 

who sat in a kitchen.

Pumpkin always felt left out because 

he was so big compared to all of the 

other fruits and vegetables.

One day, Pumpkin decided to speak to 

some of the fruits to see if they would 

be his friend. He saw Lemon, Lime, 

and Orange coming towards him. 

Pumpkin kindly said "Hi guys! Would 

you like to come spend time with 

me?" 

Lemon, Lime, and Orange all laughed 

and said "No way! You're way too big 

to be our friend!" 

Pumpkin sighed. He was sad because 

the three little fruits would not play 

with him. He felt lonely once again.

The next day, Pumpkin noticed that 

Apple was approaching him. He 

decided to ask her if she wanted to 

play.
