There once were three little pandas,
Miranda, Brenda, and Amanda

Miranda the panda loved to eat,
all day she would sit at home and feast,
her mother would ask her "Oh Miranda dear, would you want to go to the pier?"
Miranda would always say "I would much rather sit and eat here!"

Her mother replied, "okay that's fine because you have to go to school."
Miranda cried, and screamed and shouted.
"No! In school, I'll be called a fool!"

"Make some friends, and you'll see," her mom guaranteed.
Miranda answered, "but what if no one's like me?"

Her mother hugged her and said, "Listen, my dear, I sadly fear that you have no choice. You must go to school."
So off to school, she went.

Brenda the panda loves the color blue.
So much, her umbrella was too.
She would wait for the rain
every single day,
to go outside and play!

But she knew her play was coming to an end
as summer vacation was already spent
and it was time for school to begin.

With new blue shoes, Blue backpack, and blue ribbons for her hair.
She made sure all her blue was prepared.

But Brenda was very scared.
Scared that at school people would stare.
Stare at her blue that was everywhere.
But she knew she had to go,
So off to school she went.

Amanda the panda loves to skate,
With all her practice he was great.
But in the summer, the ice would melt
And Amanda felt like summer smelt.

School starting meant cooler weather.
But Amanda could not get her thoughts together.
To Amanda school meant no fun,
Even though the ice had begun.

Amanda feared that school would be boring,
And school is not where she wanted to be going.
