Chapter 1: Welcome to pandaville!

Every year in Pandaville there is a celebration honoring the Ancient Panda Charm. The Ancient Panda Charm is a charm that is very important to us. You want to know why? Well because without the charm all pandas will be gone and basically dead. The panda charm is very important and every year 3 days before the ceremony the panda charm chooses somebody to watch over it knowing that that panda is responsible. That panda will be on the wall of pandas. That is my dream to be the chosen one I have been waiting 12 years to be the chosen one and I can already see my face on that wall of pandas. My name is Chloe panda and I- .“Chloe time to come eat your supper” Said mom interrupting my writing in my journal “Ok coming mom be there in a sec" I said. If you don't know

I am insane with writing and I write in my secret journal about my dreams I want to happen and about my day when I am bored.(which is mostly everyday).Most of the days when I write about dreams I write about the panda charm.”Chloe panda hurry up right now we all are waiting for you and the bamboo is getting cold” Said mom, sounding irritated. “Ok i will be down in a sec calm down lady”I said “Um, what was that? Did I really just hear a,’lady’ in their?” Mom said “No” “Good.” A few minutes later I came down the stairs and ate my food extra fast so I could go back and write in my journal.When i got back to my room I wrote in my journal continuing where I left off.I am going to be the next chosen panda and I know it for sure and nothing is going to stop me.

I was done writing and did not know what to do so I watched a little T.V

Before I went to bed. As soon as I turned it on the news was on. That is like the only show my grandmother watches and I forgot she slept in my room last night because her panda tree burnt down but she was O.K. and is now living with my uncle Jerome. He is the funniest guy in the world and is my moms younger brother and she hates the way he jokes around and thinks he needs to act more like an adult and be more mature and maybe he will find love like all of his other 3 siblings. That's all my mom brings up when he comes and visits but I don't think he needs to change a thing about himself. Every time I tell my mom he is fine the way he is she gives me the look like she is about to smack all the panda fur off of me and says she does not want to talk about that and how it is grown pandas talk. I looked back at the television screen and saw frozen on and immediately changed the channel my brother goes coo-koo when he hears that song "let it go" the next chan-

nnel was paid programming and their was nothing to watch on t.v so I went and asked my mom if I could go on a walk. "Mom May I go on a walk" I said very politely hoping she would say yes "Yeah but be back before sun down and take your brother honey". My brother James was my little brother and was 10 and was 2 years younger than me and was so so so ANOYING!!! he always blah blah blabity blahed and always says jokes that he thinks are so funny but nobody will even cracks a laugh I mean those jokes are corny to the bone. James is that kid who ruins everything and thinks he's cool but isn't. Honestly I am embarrassed to be seen around with that kid."ughh mom are you serious he is 10 years old can't he walk his own self I just want to be alone" I said "No she dos'nt shes probably going to go get emma and walk with her and talk about girl drama and gossip" said my brother Emma is my best friend forever like since baby's and her annoying brother is my

annoying brothers best bro for life of whatever boys call each other and emmas brother is in panda forest with his grandmother for 3 days which is about 2 hours away from pandaville so James thinks he can come and hang out with me and Emma. "Shut your nasty old mouth hole" I said yelling at James Mom got irritated and yelled at us "Hey Hey Hey stop it you two I am starting to regret you Chloe from even going outside for a walk go out side and walk like you said you would end of the story and be back by sundown....am I understood?"

"yes mamma " we both said "And one thing" My father Emit said " and if I have to I will go to the neighbor house and ask if they heard any arguing from you two and if I do you both will be grounded".

Me and James went outside and locked the door with our keys where I went striate to Emma's house

Chapter 2: Hide and seek

whenwe got to Emmas house I rang their doorbell "Why are we here" james complained "because I don't want to walk with you by my side now stop arguing". Before james could say anything else the door swung open with Emmas mom standing in front of us. "Well hello young pandas how are you"

"I am fine anyway I was wondering if Emma could come on a walk with me and james if its fine with you" I said "Oh sure I call her right down she'll be down in a sec" about a few minutes later Emma came out "hi best friend" Emma said "Hey gurl I am so sorry but my mom made me bring james and you know I can't stand him"

"oh its fine I am sorry James that your best friend is out of town but I will tell him you said hi". "Thanks" Me and Emma walked to the park and went on our phones".Hey why don't we include one of our other frends" Emma said "who" "Julia" "But she's all the way in gorgia with her dad" I said very curious " we can factime her your phone" Emma said. I got my phone out and facetimed Julia and thank god she answered.We talked about the new episode coming on about panda love and lots of other things which lead on to boys."So who do you like Emma Julia said through the screen of my phone " well I have a crush on the new guy" "There are lots of new guys in our school" I said "Yeah Julia said agreeing. "Ok I really like Justin" "Eww the guy with the big nose" Julia said "Emma stop your lying you do not like him" "Yes I do like him and don't judge him I don't like him because of his face because of his personality"

"And plus he is a nice guy" Emma added on "OK anyway who do you like Julia" "Well the guy I like don'st go to our school and you don't know him"

"who cares tell us" Emma said "Ok I have had a crush on zac panda for like 5 years I mean he is adorable" "OH my gosh isn't he like a celebrity " I said

"yeah but-" I interrupted Julia " Where is my brother" "Your brother was here" Julia said "yeah have you seen him anywhere" "Nope he wasn't here when you and Emma called me" "Oh my goodness we have to find him or my parents will ground me for life I am sorry Julia but I have to hang-up and find my brother" "OK bye good luck" "Thanks bye". I hung up on Julia and panicked. "I remember he was with us when we were walking to the park but when we said we were going to call Julia he dosed off somewhere" Emma said "But where would he be?". I thought and thought and thought until I got an idea that he could be at the big park near the pool.

"ohh he might be at the park" I said "Chloe there are many parks in your neighborhood which one are you exactly talking about" "The big one near the pool" "k then lets go" Emma said. In a couple minutes me and Emma got to the park and we looked and looked and looked and we found no James anywhere."lets go to the other park" Emma said "What the park we were just at". "No the one near Alex's house". Alex is another one of our friends since pre-k but we like each other but not like boyfriend and girlfriend talk like as in friends. we soon got to the park near the park near Alex's house and we searched and could not find James. Me and Emma gave up until Alex's Mom came through the drive way. "Hi girls" said Alex's mom "Hi ms topper" Emma said "I have a question" "Sure what is it you can ask me anything" "well Chloe went on a walk and had to bring James and got me at my house and we kind of lost him and we were wondering if you seen him anywhere"

" oh dear I am so sorry but I have not seen him anywhere". "Ok thanks anyway" I said very sad. "sorry girls" "Its fine". Me and Emma had no idea where James was and I started to get scared. What if something bad happend to my brother, I may not like him but he is still my brother and I have to watch over him Thats my job and a big sisters job and I can't quit on it. Emma sat down looking at her phone. I checked the time and it was 8:43 IT WAS AFTER SUN DOWN!!! I was definitely going to get grounded for life first for losing James and second for missing curfew. I was definitely in trouble now. "I am so so sorry but I have to go Emma I am an hour late my mom thought I would be home by sun down and the street lights are on". I ran home as fast as I could thinking of excuses to tell my parents. When I got home Mom and dad were standing right at the door waiting for me.

"Get in the house right know young lady" Dad said "And sit at the table we need to talk NOW!!! I sat at the table with a scared slash nervous look on my face. " So not only were you late you had no idea where your brother was and you didn't even come tell me or your father". "Mom how did you know I lost James". "He came in the house at the time you were supposed to right at sun down unlike you did" Mom said angrily."your grounded go to your room now" After the conversation I went to my room and wrote in my journal. Dear journal today was not the best day I went to for a walk and my dumb mom made me bring James and you know i can't stand him so I went and got Emma and we went to the park until I realized James was gone and we looked and we looked and I could not find him and plus I missed curfew.So I went home and I had to go and have a "talk" with mom and dad and i got grounded and I came and wrote in my journal And now I am about to go to bed. Hopefully tomorrow will better
