On Monday morning it was a bright sunny day.
Sally awoke and got ready without delay.

She brushed her teeth and quickly dressed.
When she got downstairs mom was impressed.

Mom packed a treat, something for snack.
Then she brought out the special back pack.
It was excursion day, new things to explore.
She could hardly wait to get to school anymore.

When she arrived at school, she saw a big yellow bus.
All the children made quite a fuss as they were off to the Planetarium.

At nine sharp, the bell rang.
They boarded the bus and everyone sang.

They reached their destination and once inside,
they were greeted by a tall lady who walked with pride.

The tall lady showed them a dark room which lit up with stars.
They saw planets, Venus, Jupiter and Mars.
Sally was showed to her seat and asked to strap in.
Her chair started moving and ground started shaking.
