The Eucharist is a sacrament performed at mass where bread and wine is offered to the people who attend the mass and who have gone through their communion (a religious thing, don't worry about it.)

The Eucharist is full of actions people make to feel closer to God and whatnot. Some of these actions are, Genuflecting (when you get down on one knee, kinda like when daddy proposed to mummy), Sign of the Cross, Kneeling, Bowing and Dabbing.
