CHAPTER 1
Self esteem is confidence in one's own worth or ability. It affects almost every aspect of our lives, from how we think about ourselves to the way we think or react to real life situations. Poor body language comes from negative thoughts and feelings about your appearance. A good body image comes from thoughts and feelings that are positive. So try and be positive as much as you can.

There are many ways to improve your self esteem. Like positive self talk or doing things that you enjoy, it doesn't have to be anything big. You could also exercise because that relieves a lot of stress. Or when you mistake don't beat yourself up over it.

CHAPTER 2
In a relationship you have to have good communication with each other. You have to treat eachother with respect and be open with eachother about thoughts and feelings. Don't criticize each other and be supportive of the things they do.

There are many things that are not good for a relationship. For starters not giving your partner enough space. Forcing them to do things they don't want to do or are not comfortable with. Definitely don't acuse them of doing something you're not sure of. You have to put trust in the person you're with because trust means a lot in a relationship.

If you are having trouble with your relationship there are many things you can do. To help your relationship you don't have to do much. You can always just talk it out with your partner, because talking honestly helps with most problems in a relationship. Or do the easy thing and not have problems with your relationship.

CHAPTER 3
Sexting is sending sexual pictures, messages, videos, ect. Either on a phone, computer, or a tablet. It can really be used with any device, and it doesn't have to be through text. It can be on Twitter, Instagram, kik, ect.

Sexting can be dangerous because something you send can get into the wrong hands. Some teens know sexting is bad but others may think its ok. The teens that think its ok probably don't think they'd get in trouble or just don't care about getting caught. Others probably just don't know what the consequences are so they do it anyway.

There are many consequences if you get caught sexting. Many people don't know that there are consequences for the person on the receiving side. There are also emotional consequences, you possibly have to think about what you did forever. It'll always be in your head. The person in the picture often experience humiliation and embarrassment when the picture is distributed.

Other consequences may be you losing some friends or the guilt and the shame that you feel. You are also risking getting in trouble with the law and not to mention your parents. Just think about what'll happen when they get to you.

CHAPTER 4
Three types of violence are Physical violence, sexual violence, and verbal abuse. Physical violence is really sellf explanatory but it's just abusing another person for some stupid reason. Sexual violence is really sexual harassment. forcing someone into something that they don't want to do, after they've told the person no.

Verbal abuse is bullying basically. I see it as the other person has a problem with the person they are abusing. They have to be jealous or something like that because verbally abusing someone is so stupid. Like why? why not just go on about your day.
