Self esteem is something that everyone has. It's basically a form of how you feel about yourself, and how you see yourself. Some people might have low self esteem because of there lifestyle, personality, body figure, etc.
Self-esteem could affect someone body figure because they could easily compare there self to others and not feel good about themselves. Which would cause low self -esteem.
Someone could improve there self-esteem by not caring what others think, they can always stay positive and not care about what others look like compared to them, or how they lifestyle is.

In a relationship there is a lot you should know, and things you should learn. Not all relationships are perfect, but they all can be fixed and well respected.
Some healthy things in a relationship can be is both treating each other with respect. Treating each other with respect could cause way less problems, and avoid bad situations and bad habits. Second, trust is a good characteristic also. Having trust with someone is really what covers it all. If you don't have trust with someone, you wont be able to vibe with them really.

Without trust, you, yourself, will start to do stupid things to get that person you don't trust mad. which isn't right because they could be doing everything possible right, but you might be thinking they are doing something wrong because you don't trust them. Build up a good trusting bond with your partner, or anyone in general. Third, Communication is a definitely a good trait to have in a healthy relationship. Without communication you and your partner know what you guys are feeling about things and each other. Without telling your partner what you like and dislike, how are some bad habits going to stop, and how are the good habits supposed to keep coming?

Fourth, equality is something you both have to understand and know. You should be able to make the same decisions and say so in some things. Why would you want your partner doing something you can't do? It's not understandable nor respectful. In a relationship partners "give-and-take".
Fifth, support is what covers everything. You should support your partner in whatever he or she does. No matter what it is. You should be there out of all people your partner should be able to rely on, and go to. You shouldn't make them feel like there choices aren't right or make them feel alone.

Unhealthy things in a relationship is things such as:
1. Jealousy
2. No trust
3. Physical abuse
4. Sexual abuse
5. Criticism
6. Cheating
7. Isolation
8. Lying
These things are not good because they can cause a very bad relationship that isn't worth having at all, that you could fix easily, by not doing those things and not being disrespectful.

A good strategy is to be always be respectful, and treat your partner the way you want to be treated.
Growing at the age I am right now (17 years old). You start to date, and I have personally have learned when having a girlfriend or whatever, you have to be respectful to each other. I have learned and experienced that if I do thing my girlfriend doesn't like then she will do it and I will get mad because I didn't like that certain thing.

Sexting is sending explicit sexually explicit videos,photos, messages, voice mails, etc.

When using sexting, you can use it over the phone, text messaging, and internet. By sending explicit things to one another.

Dangers of sexting can be that your illegal to be doing stuff like that. You can get your stuff exposed out, and also be cyber bullied for it.

Consequences of sexting is emotional consequences but also that it't illegal to be doing things like that, being a teenage kid especially. You can also be blackmailed with whoever you send it to.

Dating violence is a huge deal. It's a controlling abusive, and aggressive behavior towards your significant other.

Dating Abuse:
Tension is the first step of dating violence. Which is criticism, yelling, threats, etc.

Violence is the second stage of dating abuse. Which means the person is being physical in sexual attacks or threats.

Dating Abuse:
Seduction is the last stage. Which is when they apologize, and make promises that it wouldn't happen again.

Resources to get help is calling the police, if it's a serious matter. You can also go to counseling if its something you want to work on, and improve on.
