This book is dedicated to everyone

Duke and his friends, Waddles and Fluffy, were out for a walk in the snow. They all loved when it snowed and wanted to play outside.

Come quick!

Waddles suddenly heard meowing coming
from the top of a tree. He looked up and
saw a kitten stuck at the top!
Waddles called for Duke and
Fluffy to come quickly.

Meow!
Meow!
Meow!
What are we going to do?
The 3 of them were all worried for the kitten, but they had no idea how to get him down...

Duke then suddenly hatched an idea he thought would work perfectly for rescuing that kitten!

Duke told Fluffy to hop onto his back
and have Waddles hop onto Fluffy's. His plan seemed to be working so far!
Meow!
Meow!

I'm going to climb the tree to reach the kitten!
Waddles realized they weren't high enough, so he had his own idea.

Meow!
Waddles climbed to the very top of the tree until he reached the kitten. The kitten was very happy to see that he was being rescued!

Duke waited for Waddles to come down from the tree so he could catch his friend and the kitten.
