I dedicate this book to Margaret Sass greatest teacher ever

There once was a girl named Annie. Annie was in the 2nd grade and loved to play sports.

Annie had a passion for many different sports and loved to practice with her dad at home.

Annie's first day of school was coming up and she couldn't wait to finally play sports with other classmates!

Although when she showed up a recess on the first day, she was surprised at what happened.

All of the girls were playing on the swings and twirling each others hair, and all the boys were playing sports.

When she tried to play football catch with the boys her classmate Johnny told her, "You can't play with us. You're a girl!"

Annie was very upset because she didn't see how this made any difference, she was still very good at sports, probably better than most of the boys!
