This story has a message for kids, that they should eat healthier. There is no problem if you really like sweets and fast food, but just always be careful with whatever you eat. Always remember how important it is to be healthy.

Here I am, just a little boy who lives in Kuwait with his mother, father, and nanny. I am seven years old, and my name is Ahmed. And I love food. My favorite thing to eat is the chicken nuggets at McDonald's. My mother doesn’t like that I eat chicken nuggets almost every day, but I don’t care.

My mother always tells me,
“Ahmed, stop eating that!”
“Why?” I would ask, as I continued to eat.
“You will be fat when you grow up! And you’re going to get a tummy ache,” she would reply.
“So? Mama, I’m not going to get fat,” I would say.
“Okay, okay, but don’t come back to me when you find yourself a little chubby,” said mama.

Ahmed, stop eating that!
The next day, I was going to go out to the mall with my family to go eat.

We went to the Olive Garden. We had some good food, but I wasn’t full yet.

I told my parents that I was still very hungry, but they didn’t want me to eat more because they said I’ve been eating too much today. But I didn’t care. Instead I went and got a huge bucket of chicken from KFC just for me.
