It all started with a king name George and a lot of people, called colonist. But the colonist did not like George

The colonist went about and caused trouble to for the king.


This made George very mad. George made many rules, or acts, to stop the colonist from making him mad.

This made the colonist angry, which made them go against the king more!

After awhile the colonist were getting tired with all the rules, so they made their own, These rules were called the Declaration of Independence

The king didn't listen to the colonist, but he did send more army men to keep these people under control.
