Long ago, on an alien planet, there lived a young platypus named Ducky. Oh dear, there are no trees to sit in here...

Anyway, Ducky was the only platypus on the planet. The rest of the inhabitants were average, everyday orange and pink aliens.

Ducky was very nice to the aliens, and they were equally as nice to him. He just felt alone because he was so different.

Every day Ducky would sit on the playground and feel lonely, while the aliens ran and played. They would wave to him, and always said hello. But they all knew each other, and they were all very similar to each other.

One day, Ducky was watching Gregory, another alien, fly the saucer he got for his birthday. Ducky wished he could go someplace where he wasn't so strange. But he couldn't do that.

Ducky hoped that one day, he would find another like him, an outsider, someone who was different. But all the aliens fit together like a jigsaw puzzle, no one but him was left out of it.
