There are multiple types of pharmacists, but I'm a retail pharmacist!

Pharmacists have a lot to do and are responsible for a lot! We mainly deal with people who are looking for medical advice, or are just picking up their prescription!

A large part of what we do is dispense prescription drugs, we also give advice on non-prescription drugs.

This is a large part of our job, we are here to provide an expert opinion and guidance on medicine.

Another part of our job is to keep stock of the medicine and to make sure we have what we need!

This is important because medicine isn't cheap, so it's important to make sure we are keeping track of it. We also need to make sure we have the means to help!

We are also responsible for informing customers of possible medication side effects and interactions!

This is a vital. If we mess up, it could potentially hurt the patient, and we don't want that!
