This is how you remember the planets in order.

My very educational mother just served us

nachos. An Astronaut is a job to explore space.

Some planets like jupiter, saturn, uranus,

and neptune are gas planets. Gas planets

are made of gas, So you can't live there.

Jupiter is the most biggest planet in our

solar system. We use a rocket to enter space. Every planet in our solar system

has an atmosphere. An Atmosphere is the layer of gases that help envelop a planet.

Every space rock has its own name. These

are a lot of them. The main types of ones are comets, asteroids, and meteoroids.

The moon has many rocks called craters.

Did you know? that the earth has another

name called "The Goldilocks Planet" can you

guess why? Because everything is just right.

The most dangerous thing in space is

a black hole. You will die if you go inside a black hole.

There is no air in space so you need a

space suit to survive in space. There is also no water in space. In space there is

no gravity in space so you will float up.

Did you know? That when you're on the

moon you bounce up.

A binocular is an item that helps you see

space. A telescope helps you see stuff far away. comets help our tv's to get the correct channel.

You cannot hear in space because there are no air. In a spaceship there are three

tanks of patrol one for reaching the sky,

one for reaching space, and one for reaching the moon/planet.

The moon is not cheese. Some cartoons say the moon is made of cheese. But it is not true. The moon is made of dead volcanos, impact craters, and lava flows.

There are thousands of satellites orbiting the earth. Many of them have stopped working and are now space-junk, but a lot of those satellites are are still taking pictures all around the world!!

Did you know? That a long time ago scientists found out that there was a small new planet in the sky!! It was called "pluto". But after a long time they found out it was too small. So now its counted as a"dwarf planet".

Neptune is the third most massive planet. Like the rest of the gas giants,

Neptune has no definite surface layer.

Instead, the gas transits into a slushy ice

and water layer. The water-ammonia ocean serves as the planet's mantle, and

contains more than ten times the mass of earth.

Uranus is a ball of ice and gas, so you can't really say that it has a surface. If you try to land a spacecraft on uranus, it

would just sink down through the upper

atmosphere of hydrogen and helium, and into the liquid icy center. ...And this is why the surface of uranus has it's color.

Saturn is a ball made up almost entirely

hydrogen and helium. The destiny and

temperature changes the deeper into the planet you go, but saturn can't be said to have a solid surface. ...And below that, where temperatures are zero- digerees c, there are clouds of water.
