This is a story about a girl named Evie, her grandma Moo and a magnificent, magical ladybug named Matilda.

Matilda is always around.

Can you see her?

Evie lives in Philadelphia with her Mommy, Daddy and baby brother, Jordan.

Her grandma Moo

calls her Toots.

Grandma Moo lives in California with her puppy Louie.

Moo and Toots are great buddies. They have a lot of fun together. Sometimes they garden. When they find big worms, Mommy says eeeekkkkk and makes a funny face.

They love to have tea parties and cook. Toots is an excellent chef although Daddy is still waiting for his hot chocolate.

They go to the aquarium and watch hippos wiggle their ears and blow bubbles under the water.

Toots absolutely loves the hippos!

Moo adores the seahorses, she thinks they are elegant.

Mommy is crazy about the penguins.

They think Jordan really likes the frogs.

Sometimes they cuddle and read stories.

Sometimes they stay in bed to watch Belle

and say Gaston is ridiculous.

Sometimes Toots wears Moo's shoes, sometimes she wears Daddy's or Mommy's.

Moo helps Toots with her bath. They sing the rubber ducky song and squirt water with bath toys.

Sometimes they have dance parties.

Sometimes they are superheroes,

or chefs

or doctors

Sometimes they practice FREEZE and red light

or make cool things with play dough.

Sometimes they take trips together. They have to pack a lot of

stuff for Toots.

They might take a taxi or possibly a bus

to get to the airport so they can jump on a plane.

They eat pretzels and play games on Moo's iPad.
