pubic hair

you will start to grow pubic hair around your private parts and under your arms. This usually happens after you start to develop breasts, but for some girls, pubic hair starts first.

breast development

breast development is a hard and confusing time for girls, it's uncomfortable for some, while exciting for others. Sometimes girls get teased just because of early development and often because of that girls end up hating their body instead of loving it. It's important to remember that everyone's body is different and that you should love your body no matter what.

emotional and social changes

sometimes your mood will swing between feeling confident and happy to feeling irritated and depressed in a short span of time. These frequent swings in how you feel are called mood swings. They may occur due to shifting levels of hormones in your body and other changes taking place during puberty, which is totally normal and happens to a lot of people and it's always great when you have a friend who understands.

you may also start to have feelings towards other people. (not everyone does and that's ok), you should respect one another's feelings and never tease someone just because of how they feel.

body image

everywhere you go you are almost always going to see pictures like these and unfortunately a lot of girls compare them selves to these often photoshopped models, which often leaves you hating your body

and that's not good, it's hard to love and except your body, especially during puberty, but keep in mind that a lot of these models have probably been photoshopped and that your body is perfect the way it is.

It makes it very hard for girls to love them selves when we see pictures like these everyday.
