Miraculous Skin
Can you see it? A chameleon's skin can change colors. For example, it can be green, pink, yellow, blue, orange, purple, or a combination of many. They change colors to camaflouge themselves, communicate, or to protect themselves.
Is it hot or cold?
If a chameleon is hot, it can change to grey to cool down. If it is cold, it will change to black to warm up.

Amazing Eyes
Wow! A chameleon's eye can rotate in a full circle! Did you know they can see two different things at the same time?
Their eyes help them to see tiny bugs that are far away. It doesn't even matter if it's dark out, their eyes can still see.
Unique Tongues
ZAP! There goes the chameleon tongue stretching to catch its lunch. The tongue is not only long, but also really fast. It grabs insects in less than a second.
Chameleons love to eat insects, such as grasshoppers, crickets, stick insects, and even larger bugs.
