    First before the party ever starts there's a 

church part. The Quinceaneras closest friends 

and family goes with her to go get her blessing 

from the church. You have to talk to the priest 

as soon as you can to see what requirements 

the Quinceanera has to meet to have the mass 

at the church. The church is not required it is 

entirely up to the Quinceanera and he family. 

Damas and Chambelanes or the Court of honor 

is made up of the Quinceaneras closest friends 

and family. How many people are on the court 

depend on the Quinceanera. The court and the 

quinceanera make up a dance. The 

quinceanera is the center of the dance. Usually 

it has a vals or a waltz. There's a surprise 

dance and sometimes in the dance they toast 

for the quinceanera. 

Before the dancing starts the 

Quinceanera dances with her father. 

Represents the father saying goodbye 

to his little girl and welcoming a 

woman to our society.
