This was a homework project. I don't think I'd have to dedicate for that.
So, let me make this a warning page. I felt incredibly ridiculous sitting in a chair for an hour staring at the screen of a children's book creating website, so hopefully you can read my awkwardness.

There are four of us. We're each really important to mankind and all that good stuff; but we also like taking breaks every once in a while. Have fun, you know?
So we, the macromolecules, sometimes take a human form to wander around the people we work hard to keep alive.

This is Carbohydrates. In human form, we call her Candy, because sugar. When we're working, she helps keep energy in a short term storage, because we four learned a long time ago not to trust her with long term. She works with monosaccharides, disaccharides, and polysaccharides to keep everything sweet. She's a little simple-minded but she gets the job done.

This is Lipids, or Fats, as she's known as at the workplace. She helps keep everything in the long term storage, because she proved herself to be more trustworthy. She's made up of glycerol and fatty acids, which are basically her monomers. She's got two departments working for her: saturated and unsaturated. She's kind of a distant relative of phospholipids, but don't tell her I brought that up because they have a real rocky relationship.
Next up is Protein, who's my twin sister. She's known as Patty in the human world. Sometimes coworkers call her polypeptide, but that's just because one time she showed up to work wearing her primary structure suit, the one with all the peptide bonds. All her suits are made up of amino acids, but she usually only wears her tertiary suit, the one with the alpha helix and the beta pleated sheets. Her job is to help support the muscles, hormones, and cellular reactions; it's why she knows so many people.
