The next day at school she tells her friends she's trying out for soccer. Her friends surprise her by telling her they're trying out for the team with her.

That afternoon, tryouts for the team start and Emily is nervous.

The first day of tryouts end and she goes home to rest for the second day. She eats dinner with her family.
