Bailey was sitting by the watering hole and came up with an amazing idea! Many dinosaurs drank water by the watering hole. He wanted all carnivores and herbivores to be in peace if anyone stepped by the watering hole to have a drink of water.

Bailey quickly got up and ran off into the jungle to find his friends, so he can tell them the amazing idea!

Bailey went to go tell his stegosaurus friend, Scout.

Scout loved the idea and told him that he would totally talk with his friends about too!

When bailey told more of his friends, most of them liked the idea. Unlike his carnivore friends, who thought it wasn't a very good idea.

He was afraid no one liked the idea, and that nobody would want to follow that rule. He sat by the watering hole worried about the idea. The whole night he just thought of the idea.

That night the Herbivores discussed about the idea Bailey had told. They voted to see if they wanted to make this a rule.

When they voted, there was a majority of people who agreed to the idea. So all of the herbivores agreed on the idea.

Bailey heard about the great news! He was super happy to hear his idea was accepted by the herbivores.

The next thing he had to do was have the carnivores accept the idea.

The next day, the carnivores all had a meeting. Very many of them were not happy about the idea. Others didn't really care, and thought it would be good.

They soon all came to agreement and voted yes, for the idea!
