Timmy will never forget the day he was lost. He was only 12 years old, he had to trust a stranger so he could get home. Mom said do not trust strangers

It was July 4 2016, in New York.

It all started when the fire works went off. Timmy does not like loud noises because his ears are delicate.So then Timmy ran as far as his legs could take him.

"Where am I, I have never been here before, maybe I will ask someone."

"Ya, you're in Queens and I am Jeremy."

"Hello sir, I am Timmy, I am lost can you help me."

"I live on MacDougal St in New York."

"Where do you live Timmy?"

"Well, lets go."

"Okay."

"We are going to take you home Timmy."

Timmy noticed he was not in Brooklyn and it had been a hour.

Jeremy slowed the car down, so he could show Timmy one of the most beautiful things ever.

Jeremy and Timmy look out at the sunset, and at the statue of liberty.

"Just remember Timmy, next time you get lost, look for Lady Liberty."

"Okay I will."

They start to go back to Brooklyn.

Then all of a sudden a green BMW nearly hit them. Thanks to Jeremy's driving they were

okay .

Jeremy finally gets Timmy home and then he noticed Timmy is still lost. He knows the building, but not the number.

"Is this your room?"

"I think so."
