For myself and myself only

Once there was a girl who lived on the streets, she was a strange girl, not like others. She hated pink but loved cows and watermelons, just because of it's look and odd name. One day she met a woman, a wise woman, she was old but gentle and kind, she wasn't too soft though. She had been in many fights. She had gotten many scars from her past misleadings. The wise woman told the girl, "Do not. Do not be like others. You are all you need." The girl shyly nodded as the woman stroked the girl's hair. That was the day that girl had found a new home.
The girl went home with the wise woman to get cleaned up and fed. The girl had always wondered about plants, she was also quite mysterious. The girl asked the wise woman where grass comes from. The wise woman smiles and says, "Well, God made grass, he made to grow big and tall." The girl looked at the woman. She replied with a short "Okay," and then went on with life.
The next day the strange girl was going to school. The wise woman had given almost all of her fortunes for the young girl to go. The girl was excited, she got reading and sped out the door like a rocket. When she gets to school, the strange girl gets bullied. People are bullying her for her intelligence. She stays strong and keeps smiling though because she knows they're just jealous. When she gets home she tells the wise woman about it. The wise woman tells her the same thing she had thought in the first place; they're just jealous.
The wise woman bathes the girl after they talk, and the girl makes a suggestion. She makes the suggestion that they should try to help the world together. It's not a good place. The wise woman agrees.
Next day the girl told the wise woman her name. She said her name was Cadence, one of the few things she could remember about herself. She said it quickly as to not make it appear too dramatic, and she needed to get to school. When she got to school, people still made fun of her. As always, she kept her moods up and her grades high, she knew she did the wise woman proud.
