Hi everyone! My name is Judy, and I'm a US citizen. I was born and raised in the United States.

My mother, however, was not born in the United States. She was born in Germany. That means that she had to go through the naturalization process.

My mother was 18 years-old, she had lived in the US for 5 years, she spoke English, she had good character, she passed the civics test, and finally she took the Oath of Allegiance. All to become a US citizen!
