We find our patterns, and stick to what we know best.
But there's a big, wide, and beautiful world out there,
and for those that want it, it's out there.

Once upon a time, in a land not too
far from here, there lived a girl named
Ellie.
Ellie lived in a small and quaint
town where everyone knew their
neighbor's name. They even knew the
names of their pets.

The town had everything a person
could ever need to live a long and
happy life there. A market with fresh
fruits and vegetables grown locally, a
movie theater for entertainment, and,
the thing that Ellie loved the most
about her town, a library filled with
books.

Ellie spent almost all of her free time
with her nose in one of the books. See,
Ellie was terribly shy, but she craved
adventure outside of her small town.
Ellie wanted to climb to the top of the
Eiffel Tower, walk through the lush
rainforests of Brazil, pretend she was a
princess in the Taj Mahal, and go on
safari in Africa.

Ellie wanted to have amazing
adventures, but her shyness kept her in
the small town she called home.
She thought that the books would be
enough to satisfy her craving for
knowledge of the world outside the
town limits.

One day, while walking down the
dusty road from school to her home,
daydreaming that she was actually
walking down the Champs- Elysees in
Paris, as she did almost everyday, she
suddenly tripped over a rock.
The fall sent her tumbling down a
steep hill.

When Ellie finally came to a stop,
she could feel the hot sun on her skin.
She then opened her eyes and gasped.
What she saw astonished her. Ellie
was standing at the huge base of one of
the great pyramids in Giza, Egypt.

While Ellie was terribly confused
about how she ended up in the burial
land of the great pharaohs, her craving
for adventure took over. She stood up
and began to explore.
While contemplating the great size
of the pyramids, her foot caught on
another rock, and again she went
tumbling.

Ellie felt the cold on her face before
opening her eyes again. When she did,
all she saw was sky before her and
snow at her feet. A small sign to her left
confirmed where she thought she was.
The summit of Mount Everest.

Ellie was terrified to think that next
time she fell, it would be down the side
of the largest mountain in the world,
but the excitement of where she would
end up next drove away any feeling of
fear she had.
As expected, another rock found
Ellie's foot, and she went tumbling.
