Article 1:

This is the article that sets up the federal government with the branches and stuff.

Article 2

This is article sets up the executive branch and outlines its power.

This describes what the judiciary branch can and cannot do.

This article describes how the Federal government and the States will interact with each other.

Article 5

This is the one that tells you how you can change the Constitution.

Article 6

All debts made before the constitution will be left to the national government.

National laws should be followed before state laws.

Article 7

The constitution has to be agreed upon with all the states.

Amendment 1

You can say what you want and be want you want, and you also have the right to protest with out punishment.

Amendment 2

We have the right to have weapons in our homes and on our person or you can "bear arms".

Amendment 3

You do not have to share your home with soldiers during times of peace.

Amendment 4

Police need a warrant before they can come in your house and touch all your stuff.

Amendment 5

You don't have to say anything if you don't want to.

Amendment 6

The right to a fast trial and a fair trial.

Amendment 7

A defendant has the right to a trial by jury if the fine exceeds $20.

Amendment 8

No cruel and unusual punishments. We´re not about that life.

No excessive bail.

Amendment 9

No one can say that you don't have your basic constitutional rights.

Amendment 10

All laws that aren't made by us are made by your state government so don't blame us.

Amendment 11

A Person in one state cannot sue another state, keep your problems to your self.

People elect President and Vice-President on the same ballot.
