In the 1920's a girl was born, her name is Rose. Rose was a flapper who danced, enjoyed her life and just had fun. She cut her hair, wore makeup, and went to big fun parties.

The 1920's changed the way women behaved, but in a good way, between being able to drive, vote, getting a college degree and being able to get a job.

"We were coming out of the Victorian era and in my pictures I danced the Charleston, I smoked in public and I drank cocktails. Nice girls didn't do that before."

Rose talks about how she felt free and can do just what ever she wanted to do and did not care what people thought of her.

But until the stock market crashed, this attitude had to come to an end...
