A law that the creator has, to have protection over their original art or work such as the selling of the work, how the work is reused and if the work is published. You can not use without authors permission or giving credit to the author.

Plagiarism

Plagiarism is using someone else’s property or work that they created as your own without citing the source or the author.  

Fair Use

Fair use is when you can use copyrighted information but you must give the author credit.

Piracy

Piracy is copying something that has a copyright on it and then possibly selling it afterwards. (This is illegal.)

Copyright License

A way for creators to tell people how they can use their work.
