Once there was a boy named tall blue walking hat who got distracted easily

One day, Tall Blue Walking Hat fell over whilst walking on the sidewalk. He realized that the tread on his shoe had caught the stones on the ground. This is called friction.

On his way to his wolf's' house, he realized that there was a lake in the way. So he built a boat.

But the boat was too dense, so it sank. His boat was 3.00g/cm, but water is 1.00 dense. The buoyant force was not strong enough. The Gravity, a pulling force that all objects with mass have, overpowered the buoyancy. The forced were unbalanced.

Once he was in the water by a foot, he climbed out of the boat. He started to float back to the surface, and he figured out that he must have been less dense than water. The forces were unbalanced.

Then, Tall Blue Walking Hat got so distracted, that he walked onto a space ship, and ended up on the Moon. He pulled out his scale, which he always has on him, and measured his weight. His weight was 1/6 less than on earth he went from being 60 lbs to 10 lbs Gravity was less on the moon because it has less mass.

The Moon's mass is lower than on Earth, so it has less gravity but, no matter where something is its mass is the same, the talking weight scale had to explain to tall blue walking hat that only weight changes based on location

Tall blue walking hat wondered how the Earth revolves around the Sun. Scaly The Weight Scale explained that the Sun's gravity causes this thing called centripetal force. Centripetal force is a center seeking force, meaning that the object will be focused on the center.
