Jade is almost six and lives with her mum, dad, big brother and her new little brother. Jade is very mature and smart and has a big passion for making sure everyone is included and feeling like they are special.

Jade loves stuffed toys and has lots of them that she has collected over time.

However, Jade’s favourite toys are always placed on her bed.

She has six toys that sit perfectly in a row, they are Danny the Dog, Callie the Cat, Micky the Monkey, Penny the Penguin, Ellie the Elephant and Benny the Bear. 

Danny the Dog is the most loyal toy you’ll ever meet.

Callie the Cat is very curious, always asking questions.

Micky the Monkey is always goofing around and can always cheer you up, no matter what. 

Benny the Bear is strong and very protective over his family.

Penny the Penguin is very classy and smart.

Ellie the Elephant is very kind and gentle; she gives the best hugs.

It’s perfect, Jade was always playing and looking after her toy family, she was never wanting any more toys and never any less. However, on her birthday Jade was given a new toy. 

She named her new toy, Rosie the Rabbit. 

It was different to her other toys, it sings and dances and is very colourful, but she was determined to find this toy a place in her toy family.

Rosie the Rabbit was shy and very aware that she is different, but she had hope. Rosie was the one chosen out of hundreds of other toys, Rosie was the chosen one.

When her companion Jade carried her to her new home, Jade’s room, Rosie was really nervous. What if Jade’s other toys don’t accept her? Jade was talking about her ‘perfect family’ of toys, would she ever fit into the ‘perfect family’.
