NO! Revolution!
In 1789, King louis, called a meeting for the estates generals. Their hadn't been a meeting like this for centuries but its not like they were busy actually running the country or anything.
Then on day, a new order was formed. In the tennis courts oaths in france, the national assembly formed and vowed to fight for justice to get rid of the evil in france. They were the heroes france deserved but not the ones they need right then.
a Few months later, a prison in paris was attacked by the angered french people and was overrun. This was symbolic of the end of dictorial rule and honestly, if you can conquer a prison what can't you conquer.
Because of the Bastilles fall, the government couldn't handle itself. Then in a sudden twist to our story, the executions began and killed 17000 people. They people vowed the very person they wanted as their leader. This taught the french people you either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
Ropespierre was eventually killed by batman, i mean a valiant women who killed him in the bath tub. With france in turmoil, a new leader was born, and his named was Napoleon. He also had little man syndrome.
