INTRODUCTION.
Did you know that they are four different types of seasons in our world?
These seasons are winter, spring, summer and fall also known as autumn.
All four of these seasons take place in one year.
In some countries the year is divided into four seasons.
If you want to learn more about these seasons continue to read this book.
WINTER.
Winter is the coldest season of the year.
It usually occurs after fall or autumn and before spring.
Winter takes place during the months of December, January and February.
Christmas takes place during winter time and
during this time we can build snowmen, make snow angels, go skiing and play snowball war.
When it is winter time we should wear warm clothing.
Warm clothing are socks, sweaters, jackets, sock hats, scarves, boots, gloves and ear muffs.

During winter time I wear ______________________________________________________________________________
SPRING.
Spring is the season after winter and before summer. The days become longer and the weather gets warmer. Spring begins in January and ends in early May. In many parts of the world plants grow and flowers bloom. In some parts of the world it rains for a very long time, this helps the plants to grow and the flowers to bloom. Many animals mate around this time to make their young. Also during spring time we have a short vacation period to celebrate Easter.
During spring time we can go on nature walks, hiking, camping, field trips, plant flowers and go Easter egg hunting.
Considering that during this time it gets warmer, we should wear light weight sweaters, leather jackets, tee shirts, jeans, comfortable shoes and cotton clothes.

How many Easter eggs do you see?

SUMMER.
Summer is the hottest season of the year. It usually falls between autumn and spring. In the summer the days become longer and the nights shorter.
Summer usually occurs during the months of June, July and August. It is the time of year when students are out for the long vacation. While on vacation, children go to the beach, picnics, and enjoy the life of field trips. Some children even travel to different countries.
