There was once a large group of bears that lived in BearsVille.

It was a big city that sat on top of a huge hill.

But as Big as the city was it felt small.

Because there was only three groups of bears, not another at all.

The Black Bears farmed and sold berries  all about. 

They searched long and hard for seeds that would sprout 

The Grizzly Bears were deep in the honey trade.

Rumor had it, that a deal with the Queen bee had been made.

The Polar Bears, well, they were rich because they sold ice. 

But  it all floated to them, it was all unfair and not very nice. 

It made no sense, it wasn't quite right.

That no one talked to the black bears except when they bought their berries at night.

It was mean that no one talked to the Black Bears.

It was as if they weren't there.

They worked all day and all night.

Always the first to wake up at first light.

However, they weren't the only ones treated this way.

The Grizzly Bears were mistreated by the polar bears some would say.

They would huff up their snots at the Grizzly Bears all day.

"They simply do not have the right amount of class", they'd say.

So it all went on this way for sometime. 

The Black Bears working, the Polar Bears enjoying their downtime. 



Until Sally the Swan munching on a berry one day Said, " It's strange that the Polar Bears seem to buy all your berries..

Yet your caves are very scary"

The Black Bears thought that Sally the Swan was right. 

So they went to the Polar Bears that night. 

The Black Bears said "For our berries you bears should pay a little more." 

"Just look at our clothes. they are all tore." 

The Polar bears said "They wouldn't pay a cent more." 

They didn't care that the black bears were poor.
