There are many shapes, as you can see. Shapes all around you and me.

There are triangles, squares, and many more. Rectangles, pentagons, shapes galore!

But only one shape,

Howie does adore.

Circles!

They're the wheels on a school bus, speeding through the streets.

They are the balls kicked from friend to friend,

in a field on a Friday.

Pass it over here!

They are CDs, that play pretty music at a party.

They are delicious doughnuts before you dare to eat them.

They are Ferris Wheels you see waving to you at the carnival or the fair.

They're even the shape of my favorite food... pizza!!! Yummmm!

So as you can see, circles are very important in our lives.

They make up the world we live in. They're everywhere!
