I got inspiration from Dr. Seuss's vivid creativity from his story books. Although, I used only characters and references from Dr. Seuss, an idea of bringing a different variety of characters together from the same universe for Thanksgiving sparked from the recent Marvels movie that brought diverse characters from the Marvels universe together. The only difference is the Dr. Seuss characters will be having their annual Thanksgiving dinner together.
I also thank my principle, Mrs. Reagon, and my teacher, Mrs. Lydon, for coming up with this idea. It has been fun to be creative and to show our true potential as writers.
I'm also going to thank my mam just because she deserve it. She's the reason why I have the brilliant mind today. She has also giving me the second chance at life to succeed that most children wouldn't have, and for that I thank her. She has always said ,"A mind is a terrible thing to waste." So I love her and thank her. I will always make her proud.

Everyone knows why the Grinch can't stand Christmas in Whoville. Although, he may hate Christmas there's one holiday he despises most of all, Thanksgiving. It's because he has to attend Thanksgiving dinner in DSU city (Dr.Seuss Universe) far from home. It's not the dinner he hates , but it's the ones who attend. Every year it's the same people and their same silly actions. The Grinch prepares himself, packs his things, and catches the first Warp Train to DSU city.
Why The Grinch Hates Thanksgiving

The Grinch
Eventhough, the Grinch was the first to arrive, a few minutes after him The Cat in the Hat showed up. The Grinch loaths The Cat. Every Year he shows up in a decorative Thanksgiving hat bigger and louder than the year before. He always trys to out due Aunt Annies hat which, always ends in an insult contest between the two. Also, the Cat brings his famous anything cupcakes for desert each year. The Grinch hates them the most, because they stain everything. They ooze purple juices and some how the juice ends up on the ceiling. This is only the beginning as Aunt Annie walks through the door.

Aunt Annie waltzed through the door and immediately the Grinch begins to cringe. She brought along her pet alligator who The Grinch does not get along with. Two years back the alligator snapped at the Grinch and he returned a brutal bite to his tail. Of course, he called it even. As the Grinch sat daydreaming he came back to reality as the Cat and Aunt Annie began their insult competition a little early. It was clear that the Cat was out done as Aunt Annie had a live turkey perched on top of her hat. The Cat screamed, "Well, that turkey will be sitting on the dinner table overcooked and hard just like your dinner rolls!" She gasped. The Grinch chuckled, because it was true. Her dinner rolls were harder than a rock.

"HAPPY THANKSGIVING MY CHARACTER, KEN!" The Grinch covered his ears and scowled. That can only be the one little girl the Grinch hates hearing the most, Young Yolanda Yorgenson. Yolanda couldn't control the volume of her voice as she yells. The Grinch became highly annoyed, " CAN YOU TALK A LITTLE LOUDER, YOLANDA? THE PEOPLE WEST OF WHOVILLE CAN'T HEAR YOU." Yolanda ignored him and proceeded to carry in her dish which was the best dish of all in most of the guest opinion, the mashed potatoes. They gathered around her as she placed her dish on the table.
Yolanda yelled, "I DECIDED TO PUT BACON BITS IN THEM THIS YEAR!"
As a familiar voice replied, "Oh wow, bacon big deal. I brought scrambled and sunny side-up eggs this year. Did I mention their green?"

Sam-I-Am
The sarcastic overly conceded voice belong to Sam-I-Am. This time, not only did the Grinch not like Sam-I-Am, but no one else found him appealing either. Sam-I-Am always bragged about himself. He boasted about his green eggs and ham. Everyone became sick of those green eggs and ham. The ham tasted a little funny and the green eggs were a little bitter in everyone's opinion. The Grinch watched as Sam placed the dish on the table and said, "Sam-I-Am, how many times do we have to tell you nobody enjoys your salty ham and runny eggs?"
The Grinch continued, "If you put that on my plate this will be the year, I will fold my plate and secretly throw it in the trash just to spare your feelings like everyone else here."

The Once-ler
Suddenly, there was a loud thud and everyone stormed to the living room to find out what it was. It was just the Once-ler struggling to bring in an other potted tree. The Grinch had to grow to ignore The Once-ler. The Oncer-ler would tell the same story each year about how he destroyed the trees and a boy helped bring them back from extinction. Ever since, he has been obsessed with trees. He picks apples from the tree he brings each Thanksgiving and makes freshly baked apple roses when it's close to desert time. The Grinch hated The Oncer-lers broken record mouth and would mock him when he began repeating the story.
