In a school named Thompson, there were a group of children who always played together at recess. They played hide and seek tag and many other games.

One day they laid on the floor of the park looking up towards the sky dreaming of what they would be when they grew up,

one child named Daniel said, "when I grow up I want to be a doctor and save many lives,".  another child named Ana said, "I want to be a teacher and teach many children so they can fulfill all their dreams,". Then Mike said, "I want to be light in the midst of the darkness,".

When Mike said this, all the children laughed and Ana told him, "well I guess you have to carry a flashlight wherever you go." "And you also will need many, batteries for that flashlight", Daniel added with his mocking voice. Mike felt sad and ashamed and left the park.

When Mike returned home, he told his mother what had happened with his friends and how they had teased him at school for wanting to be light in the midst of the dark.

His mother replied, "Mike, you are a special child and you should never be ashamed of your dreams and especially if in those dreams you want to make a difference in the world. You are a great child, and I don't want you to ever stop dreaming."

Mike felt much better after speaking to his mom.

That night, he continued with his dreams of being light in the world. "But how?" Mike wondered, at that moment a great idea occurred to him, "I know" Mike said "I WILL NOT TOLERATE INJUSTICE and I will always help people who could use my help.

The next day at recess none of the children wanted to go out to the park and play because there was a

 new kid named Oscar and he was a bully. All the children looked towards the park through a window with desires to go out to play, but they did not dare to, because they were fearful of Oscar, the bully.

So Mike thought about his dream of helping others and went to the park to talk to Oscar.
