This is KeKe, she's an outgoing little Kiwi bird that loves to go on adventures and make lots of friends.

This summer she decided to hop on a plane and fly all the way from her home in New Zealand to Boise, Idaho for the first time ever!

After a 20 hour plane ride, KeKe finally arrived in Boise and is so excited to start exploring.

KeKe starts walking along the Boise river when she runs into a group of geese, who are known for being mean to visitors on their land.

The leader of the group is not happy and tries to scare KeKe away.

"I'm Gretchen, the leader of this group and I don't like seeing any other birds coming to visit my city! Especially if they can't even FLY!"

KeKe was shocked by the way that Gretchen approached her and started to get sad because all the geese started laughing at her.

"I'm so sorry Gretchen, I didn't mean to upset you, it's just that I'm new to the area. My name is KeKe and I'm just visiting for a couple of weeks. Would you and your friends mind showing me around?"

The geese stood there without saying a word to KeKe.

"Come on everybody, I don't have time for this today, lets leave. Sorry KeKe but we can't be seen with a Kiwi bird, that is just embarrassing."
