Once there was a little mermaid named Ariel. She had two amazing friends. A fish named Flounder and a crab named Sebastian.

Flounder was always laughing and joking while Sebastian was a happy crab he seemed to worry a lot.

One day Ariel asked Sebastian why he always worried.

Sebastian said, "it is because I think about bad or scary things happening and it scares me. I try to not worry but sometimes I cannot help but feel sad.
