Where do I begin? So there are certain powers that are divided between the states and the national gov, due to federalism.

Michael what are delegated powers?

These are also known as enumerated powers and they're given to the national gov. Some of these powers include printing money, conducting foreign affairs, and regulating trade.

What about making laws and borrowing money?

Those powers are concurrent powers and are held by both the state and national gov

Would those powers be like conducting elections and certifying teachers?

There are also reserved powers and these are specifically for the states.
