A long time ago there lived three children called Joe who was the oldest, Beth and little Frannie. They lived in the city but when their Dad got a better job in the countryside, they moved to a little cottage. When they had settled in they went wondering and found a magical looking tree. They went to have a look and they  discovered that there were people living in the tree. When they climbed the tree they meet their friends.Their names are Moonface,Silky, saucepan and his mother and lots more. After the first adventure whenever they had spare time they would go up to the Magic Faraway Tree .

So from that day there children find the magic faraway tree and that is where the story starts.
