Meanwhile, U.S. diplomat George Kennan

Was responsible for the Long Telegram,

Outlining his views of the Soviet Union,

Saying communism was a scam.

The U.S. strategy to stop soviet expansion,

It was a pretty clear arrangement

To aide in communist distraction.

The Fair Deal was captivating,
