In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.

The earth was empty, so God filled it with light and darkness.

The sky and the oceans

The sun, moon, and stars

Land, plants, and trees

Fish and birds

Man and land animals

And on the last day, God rested.

The first man God created was called Adam. He saw that it wasn't good for Adam to be alone, so He created Eve.

Adam and Eve were allowed to do anything in the garden, except for one thing. They were not allowed to eat from the tree of good and evil.

Adam and Eve didn't listen to God and ate from the tree of good and evil.

Because they disobeyed God, Adam and Eve were not allowed to live in the garden anymore.

Later on, Adam and Eve had two children. They were called Cain and Abel.

When Cain and Abel grew up, they gave sacrifices to God all the time.

Abel gave his offerings from the animals he took care of, and Cain gave offerings from his field.

God accepted Abel’s offering and not Cain’s, so Cain became angry and killed his brother.

Because of all the evil that has happened, a prophecy of Jesus defeating Satan was made.

 Now, there was a man called Noah.

During this time, God saw that people were becoming more and more evil.

Evil

So God told Noah to build a huge ark and fill it with two of each animal. Noah listened and did exactly as He said.

After Noah was done building the ark, God flooded the earth and killed everything outside the ark.

After the flood was gone, God made a promise to Noah and used a rainbow as a reminder. He promised Noah that He wouldn't flood the world again.

Even after God renewed the world, people started doing evil again. 

God wanted the people to spread all around the world.

But they built a really tall tower called the Tower of babel so they could reach God instead 

When God saw this, he was angry. He made everyone speak in different languages, so that they couldn't finish the tower.

At the end, people scattered around the world because they could no longer understand one another.

After that happened, there was Abraham and Moses.
