One night, as Isabella who is a relatively shy girl with long brown hair and a kind smile looked through her phone to see what the weather was going to be like the next day, she noticed it was going to be especially hot for an average summer day. Since the temperature was going to be so high, she decided to call her two friends, Jewel and Charleigh, so see if they'd like to go to the beach the next day.

Of course, but Charleigh, who had short blonde hair and light freckles and Jewel, who had short brown hair and blue glasses said yes because they'd rather spend a hot summer day relaxing at the beach than staying indoors. They were all very excited to meet at Jewel's house the next day to get a head start and pack for the beach.

The next day, all three girls woke up very happy to be going to the beach. They got up with an urge of excitement, and began packing up their swimsuits, beach towels, and sunscreen. Since they all lived fairly close to each other and to the beach they decided to bike to Jewel's house, then bike together to the beach.

They were joyous all the way to the beach, happily chattering about what they wanted to do. Once they neared the beach, they noticed something was off. Since it was one of the hottest days of the summer, wouldn't they be seeing rows and rows of bikes, spread out beach towels, and people relaxing? They looked at each other nervously, all thinking the same thing. "what could be going on?" "did anyone see if it was going to be closed?" and "Maybe there is supposed to be a wedding or something and people had reserved it?" They all look at each other confusingly and decide to make it all the way to the beach, to see what was actually going on.

The girls stopped to a halt when they noticed the beach. It was completely covered with plastic and litter! "Who could've done this!" exclaimed Isabella. "There's no way we can let this happen again" said Charleigh. "This is unfair to the fish and animals who live here. We've got to do something about it." Said Jewel with an angry and annoyed look on her face. They all decided that they'd bike back to Charleigh's house, grab garbage bags and gloves, and then head to the beach to clean up the litter.

Once they were collecting items to clean up the litter from Charleigh's house, they decided to call up some of their other friends to see if they would work with them to clean it all up. 4 others decided to help and could meet them at the beach. "I'm so glad we're doing something about this and cleaning up the beach." Isabella said while the two others nodded in agreement.

Jewel, Charleigh, Isabella, and four of their friends start cleaning up the litter and ridding the beach of the bad plastics. It took almost 2 hours to clean the beach entirely, and decide to report it to the community center, as they would then set up signs and lifeguards on duty to make sure no one leaves trash behind. Even though the water was still unsafe to swim in for the day, they did something good for the ecosystem and community, and made sure it wouldn't happen again.
