Nicotine is a chemical substance found in cigarettes that contains nitrogen.

Tar

Tar is something that is commonly used to preserve timber or in roads and it is highly flammable and it is mainly made up of chemicals.

What Tar and Nicotine do to your body.

When nicotine is inhaled it causes your body to release epinephrine and it corresponds to the “fight or flight” hormone which increases your heart rate, BP and causes you to start breathing faster. The tar in cigarettes when inhaled can cause lung cells to die.

Carbon Monoxide and what it does to you.

Carbon Monoxide is a colorless gas that is odorless and is somewhat toxic to Humans.

Carbon monoxide is a good and bad thing. If you have high levels of Carbon monoxide it lowers the amount of air that goes to the brain than that starts to affect the rest of the body like the heart and your nervous tissue because they can’t function properly without the air.
